Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY

Purchased items will be sent to an address provided by the buyer in order details. The Buyer is responsible for providing the correct delivery details.

Delivery is possible only after we receive your payment.

We are shipping items with Polish National Post (Poczta Polska). We always choose tracked shipping options. The parcel will be delivered by your local Post Office e.x. USPS in the USA.

Postage costs can be different depending on the purchasing product. You will see the exact postage costs at the checkout.

The Buyer should not accept damaged parcel. If the buyer accept damaged parcel, we are not responsible for item damage.

The Buyer is obligated to check the contents of the shipment immediately after receiving it. If the parcel is in good condition but You received damaged product, You are obligated to inform us immediately about this fact.


CANCELATIONS AND RETURNS
If you wish to cancel the order before we despatch the parcel, you have to contact us on woodland.tactical.shop@gmail.com immediately after ordering. If the item has already been shipped,

WTS S.C. has a right not to return shipping costs or other costs that have occured.

WTS. S.C. reserves the right to cancel any order or transaction that could be in violation of terms and conditions of use.

You can decide to return unused, undamaged goods in 14 days of receipt. In this case You have to inform us about it by sending e-mail on woodland.tactical.shop@gmail.com

Returning parcel must be delivered to our address no later than 30 days after return request. Buyer is obligated to pay return costs.

Buyer is obligated to mark returning parcel as 'RETURN'.

If the parcel will be returned to us due to unpaid custom fees, incorrect delivery detials provided by the buyer, or no pickup the parcel from Post Office - the primary shipping costs will not be refunded.
In this case redelivery is possible only after we charge another postage costs.
